Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS AND GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

  • Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
  • We only offer ONLINE STORE CREDIT for returns. We do NOT issue refunds to your original method of payment. Returns MUST be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the order.
  • Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the items(s) you purchased. Credit will only be applied for the item(s), not for any shipping and handling charges.
  • Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 7 days of the fulfillment date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and unworn. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. All merchandise must be returned with original tags and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging with original receipt. Merchandise that has been clearly worn, stained, or otherwise damaged will not be accepted. Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.

Non Refundable Items: Sale Items, Swimwear, Yoga Pants, Bodysuits and Intimates, Undergarments and all Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags and Belts.

 

Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items
All Clothing Items, Including Wedding Dresses, Suits, and other Formal Attire
Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
Human Hair Wigs
Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached. Specifically, items will be inspected for evidence of washing, bleaching, cutting, or other alteration or damage.
Shoes, Bags & Luggage
Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original branded boxes and all accessories (e.g., shoe-buckles, shoelaces, and dust bags). Shoes must have been tried only on a soft, clean surface.
Furniture
Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, and in the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts included).
Electronics

Cell phones, laptops, tablets, projectors, 3D printers, earphones, smart watches, gaming consoles (such as PlayStation and Switch consoles), and other electronics must be returned in new, unused, inactivated condition, in their original packaging.

If these items arrived to you damaged, or did not start upon arrival, or malfunctioned within 30 days after the delivery date, not due to your misuse or other action, please contact us immediately and return the item, postmarked within 30 days after the delivery date, in its original packaging and with all manuals and parts included. We will inspect and test it upon arrival at our warehouse. If our testing determines that the product was damaged, did not start, or malfunctioned, through customer misuse, tampering or other customer action, or if the returned product is missing parts, manuals, or the original packaging, then the return will be rejected. If you need to claim a manufacturer’s warranty, we can help you contact the manufacturer.

Note: If you have saved any personal information on an electronics item that you intend to return, first erase this information completely by following manufacturer instructions before returning the items to us.

All Other Categories
Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed, condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

 

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited quantities and the high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY.

 

DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?

  • If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at service@shabreya.com within 2 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 2 days of you receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully Pack your item(s) in their original package and send them back within 7 days of receiving your order.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of the order. No Exceptions.
  • All merchandise must have the original tags and be returned in original, unworn conditions.
  • You cannot receive a credit on orders returned outside of the 7-day mark.

 

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing once Shabreya receives the returned merchandise. Once processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your Online store credit that you can use on future Shabreya.com orders only.
  • Online Store credit does not expire.

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be exchanged in-store:

  • Dresses
  • Bodysuits
  • Accessories
  • Shoes
  • Swim & Lingerie
  • Beauty
  • NovaKids
  • Sale Items
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our corporate office.
  • We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.

All items that are bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and “Party Wear” (such as Halloween costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.  lf we find that it does not meet the return requirements, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be returned back to you and will be recycled instead.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Shabreya Beauty issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is canceled by Shabreya Beauty
  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Shabreya Beauty will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

Due to the nature of our fast limited supply sourcing, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy.

Upon receipt of your return our returns processing team inspects all garments for stains, holes, defects, and wear. If an item is identified as damaged, a 50% restocking fee will be reduced from your return amount.
